For over thirty years, Buz has worked with families to establish and maintain estate plans and trusts that serve the interests of his clients. He is former trustee of the Monroe County Bar Association and a past chairman of the Association’s Trusts and Estates Section. He was listed in Best Lawyers in America for Trusts & Estates Law (Naifeh & Smith).
Buz also serves on the boards of community organizations, such as the Seneca Park Zoo Society and Lifespan of Greater Rochester. He shares his knowledge and experience with local bar association programs and community groups on estate and tax planning and estate administration, as well as business succession planning. He is the author of “Best Practices in Developing a Business Exit Strategy for the High-Net Worth Client” (2009, Thomson Reuters/Aspatore).
