Jennifer Aronson-Jovcevski is a senior associate in Boylan Code’s Commercial Lending and Real Estate Group as well as the Charter School Law Group. She concentrates her practice on lending, commercial and residential real estate sales and acquisitions and municipal development. Jennifer also specializes in charter school law and not-for-profit corporation law. As Chair of the Charter School and Nonprofit Group, Jennifer serves as “general counsel” to a number of the area’s leading charter schools and not-for-profit organizations on various areas of education law, labor and employment, not-for-profit corporation law and real property issues.
