Commercial real estate transactions include the sale, purchase and financing (both permanent and construction) of commercial property, leasing (both landlord and tenant) of office, retail, industrial and warehouse facilities, the development of industrial parks and tax deferred exchanges. Mr. Feldstein has also practiced in the public finance area, acting as company counsel, bond counsel, and lender’s counsel in various tax-exempt and taxable industrial development agency bond financings.
Experience
Mr. Feldstein has been a partner with Boylan Code since 1999. Prior to that he was a real estate partner with Phillips, Lytle LLP and with Nixon, Hargrave, Devans & Doyle (now Nixon, Peabody LLP) where he was vice chair of the real estate department.

Mr. Feldstein has been listed in Best Lawyers in America for Real Estate Law from 2011-2023. He has an AV Preeminent Attorney rating from Martindale-Hubbell, and he is an honoree of The Daily Record’s Power 20 Real Estate Law List for 2023.

Mr. Feldstein has served on the boards of several local nonprofit organizations. He is currently on the Board of the Joseph Avenue Arts and Culture Alliance.
