Chris Brown has over 14 years of experience handling a variety of residential and commercial real estate transactions.  Chris has represented buyers, sellers, and commercial mortgage lenders to facilitate and successfully close thousands of residential real estate matters, with an additional recent focus on representing the interests of home builders and private mortgage lenders in the Upstate New York area. Chris also has adjacent experience in title examination and clearance, short sale negotiations, estate planning, and accounting.
