IN THE NEWS: JAMIE MICHELLE CAIN EXPLAINS NEW STATE LAW AFFECTING LANDLORDS AT NYCRAA MEETING

The details of the Statewide Housing Stability and Tenant Protection Act of 2019 will significantly change the rental and real estate business for landlords, brokers, property managers, etc., making it harder to collect payment for overdue rent, and delaying evictions for up to a year if the tenant can prove hardships.

ROBERT J. MARKS JOINS THE VLSP EMERGING LEADERS BOARD
