Boylan Code LLP announces it will be permanently closing, effective March 1st, 2025. We would like to sincerely thank our many attorneys and staff, whose dedication and expertise made Boylan Code LLP the respected firm it has come to be. We are grateful for the unwavering support of our clients and community throughout the years.
This closure marks the end of over five decades of exceptional legal service to the Greater Rochester and Finger Lakes communities. This has been an amicable, strategic decision made by our leadership with the dedication to client service as the primary motivator.
Maintaining a mid-sized firm in today’s evolving legal landscape has come with its challenges, and we have intentionally waited for the right opportunity to make this decision. The majority of the firm’s attorneys and professional staff have joined the law firm of Bond, Schoeneck & King PLLC. A few other attorneys and staff joined the Rochester-based Evans Fox LLP, and the Rochester office of the Buffalo-based Lippes Mathias LLP.
