Katie Hoppin is a Partner in Boylan Code’s Wealth Protection and Transfer Practice Group. She concentrates her practice in the areas of Elder Law and Trusts & Estates, which includes Medicaid and long-term care planning, guardianship proceedings, special needs planning, and estate planning and administration. Katie helps guide her clients and their families through the maze of challenges individuals can face as they age, whether it’s advance planning for potential future issues or managing an unexpected crisis. She has previous experience in the areas of professional legal ethics and civil litigation. Read more.
Delaney Glaze joins Boylan Code as an Associate and focuses her practice in the areas of estate planning, trust administration, and probate administration. Delaney assists individuals, families, and business owners in preparing for their future by using a variety of planning techniques. Delaney also helps guide executors, administrators, and trustees through the estate and trust administration process.
Prior to joining Boylan Code, LLP, Delaney was an associate at Pullano & Farrow, where she practiced in their Trusts & Estates group, as well as their Trusts & Estates Litigation group. Read more.
